Jared Leto, Madonna and Scarlett Johansson are all fans, and now Kate Middleton is the latest celebrity (fine, royalty) to join the raw food diet brigade.
The Duchess of Cambridge has apparently turned to uncooked fruit and veg to maintain her size 6 figure, according to Mail Online.
According to a friend, it's not just a fab bikini body Kate is trying to achieve: "Kate already has the perfect figure but her motivation is to achieve radiant skin."
Her favourite dishes are said to include ceviche, gazpacho, watermelon salads, tabbouleh, goji berries and almond milk.
While the raw food diet has some health benefits, such as stronger hair and nails, it also comes with nasty side effects such as headaches and nausea.
But if you're worried she will shrink into nothingness, rest assured. Kate is apparently only sticking to the diet one day a week.
