Latest research from Northwestern University in Chicago, has indicated that we night owls are more likely to be lazier and feel that we have a harder time maintaining an exercise schedule.

Results from the research showed that later sleep times were linked with more minutes just chilling.

Those who characterized themselves as night owls reported more sitting around time and more perceived exercise barriers, which included not having enough time for exercise and being unable to stick to an exercise schedule.
