Millie Mackintosh has shared her ultimate 'fight the turkey' workout to help combat the inevitable pigs-in-blanket binge.

There's nothing like a celebrity workout to make you feel bad about chuffing down a tin of Quality Street and two mince pies before lunch.

How to do Millie Mackintosh's high intensity workout


After warming up perform each exercise below for:
20 seconds maximum effort
10 seconds rest
x 4 sets per exercise
1 minute rest between each exercise
