We have found ourselves a celebrity personal trainer - and her name is Jessie J.

The singer has one of the healthiest body images in all of celebland - ensuring she eats well, works out, but also has no issues with tucking into a burger.

Best of all, she posts her exercises and meals on Instagram, so you can follow her diet plan for free.

Right Jessie, we've got our jazzy leggings on - let's go...

Jessie said, 'Long day of promo tomorrow. So instead of a crap sandwich between interviews I am being prepared and hooking myself up with some tasty chickaaaaaaan'

Enjoy a spot of yoga to stretch out those muscles and find a bit of calm...


'I just did an hour of yoga. First time for everything. Finding peace even if it seems it's in the distance it's always there in the madness of stress and craziness. Inner peace is essential,' explains Jessie J.

But living a healthy lifestyle inside and out is key...
