If she's not getting a seven inch pin-up tattoo on her rib cage, making cameo appearances in movies or partying with Cara Delevingne, Rita Ora is in the gym working on her abs.
The 22-year-old has shown just how much hard work goes into her killer bod by posting a snap of her gruelling Pilates class on Instagram.
Rita posted the snap with the caption, "Pilates with the ladies @movewithmark thank you for murdering us 1 muscle at a time!"
By the looks of it, Rita and her team have been working out on Pilates machines that allow you to stretch, twist and bend using a sliding 'seat' and resistance straps (that can be attached to your legs or arms). Imagine a rowing machine mixed with suspension training and you're on the right lines.

Pilates is a full body strength training workout, which means you'll build lean muscles, burn body fat, correct your posture and protect your joints. It's also great for flexibility (you never know, you might be able to do this after a few lessons...)
