Kelly Brook took on a seven day juice cleanse challenge during her time in Turkey, but the model decided to prep her stomach with this Omega-rich walnut, olive and tomato salad.
Just before she started her liquid-only detox, Kelly rustled up this massive bowl of chopped walnuts, black olives, tomatoes, cucumber and celery.
Walnuts are seriously high in Omega-3 and 6, which means she's getting a boost of essential fatty acids that repair cells and reduce internal inflammation. Celery is packed with vitamin C, potassium and iron, as well as being super low in calories, while black olives contain vitamin E that's essential for healthy skin.
Basically, it's like health in a bowl! Just follow Kelly's lead and don't ruin the dish with high calorie salad dressing. Instead stick to a table spoon of olive oil or a dash of balsamic vinegar.
