Millie Mackintosh has been showing off her swinging skills in this funny snap from her latest personal training session.

The bride-to-be can be seen 'flying' across the open mats using suspension training hooks planted in the ceiling. She Tweeted the slightly blurry action shot with the caption...



Suspension training has long been used by body building blokes, but more and more women are turning to the strength exercise to tone muscles and develop a more slimline physique.

In this photo, Millie is using her own body weight to work her core muscles by lifting her lower body towards her chest. She makes it look easy, but it definitely isn't!
