Jessica Alba has opened up about her body after having two children, saying that she is like every other woman with cellulite, stretch marks and even a muffin top to call her own.
Speaking to Women's Health magazine, the actress said 'let's face it, I don't have the body of a 14-year-old anymore. I think the more we try not to have that unrealistic ideal, the happier we'll be.'
'I have cellulite and stretch marks – and I have a muffin top!'
Alba – we love you – but get your perfectly sculpted butt down to the Handbag office and we'll show you a muffin top.
With one of the best bikini bodies in the biz, the Sin City actress explained that she struggles to exercise as she finds it too boring.
'I have a brutally short attention span. It means I'm useless at working out. I get so bored.'
The Hollywood actress told the magazine in a previous interview, that she needs to be jumping around to a pumping beat in order to get motivated to exercise.
'I like doing dance classes. That's fun. Like hip hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises.'
'And when I'm in New York, I like to do some [indoor cycling] classes, group classes...And sometimes I do sprint intervals just because I hate working out. Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that's so much better for me than anything that's repetitive. Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving,' she explained.
The founder of The Honest Company has two daughters with husband Cash Warren, Honour Marie, born in 2008, and Haven Garner, born in 2011.
'Becoming a parent was the most profound experience I've ever had and I felt an intense responsibility to create a safe environment for my family.'
