Wow. We tip our hat to you Christina Aguilera as that is one impressive body overhaul.

The singer has gradually been slimming down over the past few months – not with any crazy fad diet, or insane fasting, but with old fashioned healthy eating and a new exercise regime.

Christina first started getting noticed for her trim figure back in May when she performed at the Billboard Music Awards, and it seems she has been sticking to it.

Showing off her new body confidence, The Voice judge wore a body con mini pink dress at the NBC's TCA Summer Press Tour over the weekend and she looked amazing.

So what's her secret?

Back in May we reported that the songstress was eating 1,800 calorie a day diet which is rich in protein, veggies and whole grains, along with mixing up cardio and strength training workouts.

Source close to Christina told E! News the star's secret, '[She's] making herself a priority, trying new exercises and trying things she loves and enjoys rather than stuff to just 'lose weight.' This is really from the inside out.'
