Mollie King stole the show at the Glamour Woman of the Year awards this week in her cut away red dress. We didn't even have time to pass judgement of the frock because all we could look at is her incredible figure.

With toned arms, washboard abs and a pert bum that we would frankly walk over hot coals for - how does The Saturday's blonde bombshell do it?

Following James Duigan's Bodyism programme (also responsible for getting Elle Macpherson that body), Mollie works out with personal trainer Nathalie Bomgren doing a series of toning and strengthening exercises such as planks, leg extensions and push ups.

She also told Closer magazine that she cuts out 'junk food and [does] exercise that tones your entire body, such as swimming and cycling.'

Mollie is also a fan of kettle bells for their bingo wing banishing abilities and sticks to a diet high in protein, healthy fats and lots of lovely vegetables.

A typical day can include an omelette for breakfast, grilled chicken breast and salad for lunch followed by grilled tuna and veggies for dinner.

Have a go at the Bodyism workout for a flat tum and you could be hunting out see-through dresses in no time...
