Jennifer Aniston has been sharing how's she's handling pre-wedding stress and keeping in shape for the big day...with yoga of course!

The actress told E! that the 'Yoga kind of helps you prepare for everything, honestly.
'It's like meditation. It sort of just allows anything that's coming at you at the end of the day to be kind of doable.'
When the bride-to-be was asked if she now knew the secret to finding love, she quipped, 'If I knew that, it wouldn't have taken me so darn long!'
Jen was speaking about her upcoming nuptials to Justin Theroux at the launch for her yoga instructor's Mandy Ingber's new book, Yogalosophy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover.
Aniston has been a devotee of yoga for years, crediting her amazing body to it and practices with Ingber three times a week.
The instructor is obviously proud of her star pupil, saying of Aniston, 'I've seen her become so empowered, so grounded in herself, so comfortable in her own skin,' she told People magazine.
Originally the wedding was due to take place in May, but it is thought Aniston and Theroux have postponed it until September as they've been too busy to get everything planned.
