Kate Beckinsale attributes daily yoga sessions and eating clean to her incredible bikini body.

Is that all Kate? You make it sound easy....

The 39-year-old actress practices daily yoga with her personal trainer Mandy Ingber (she's also responsible for Jennifer Aniston's bod) in order to strengthen her core and keep her limbs lean and toned.

Ingber told E! that Kate, 'has a naturally beautiful body, so yoga really keeps her toned and trim, highlighting her shape. She is very in tuned into her body.'

Beckinsale also does hiking and walking on a treadmill for cardio and eats a clean diet of vegetables and chicken, avoiding nasties like coffee and sugar.

Ok so not everyone can have a personal trainer that flies around with them to kick their ass to do yoga each morning. But fortunately Beckinsale's trainer has a DVD - Yogalosophy with Mandy Ingber (£6.00, amazon.co.uk) – much cheaper than having her live in your hotel room.
