In order to work her bum and thighs, she uses ankle weights to make her kneeling leg presses that much harder.
Although Candice is using the heavy duty gym equipment for increased resistance, just working with ankle weights at home is still a great workout.
How to do a kneeling leg press
- Start on all fours on the floor, supporting yourself with your elbows.
- Breathe in and extend your right leg behind you, pushing your heel backwards.
- Breathe out during the leg extension and then return to the starting position.
- Try 3 sets of 25 repetitions before moving on to the left leg.
Candice is also a fan of dynamic pilates, you can see her working out her legs and core on a reformer pilates machine.
This kind of workout strengthens your core and improves posture as well as intense full body work out for all over toning.
Candice told Vogue just how much she loves squats.
She explained, "Squats are the key! It's definitely squats! They work for me.
If I've been on holiday and I feel like I haven't done enough, even 10 make me feel better.
You know what's good - if you squat and when you come back up, you squeeze really hard. That works."
