Pregnant Kim Kardashian has revealed she's worried about getting a double chin.
The fear was keeping her awake as she tweeted last night, 'Can't sleep & I'm googling double chin exercises! I'm petrified to get one!'
Don't worry Kim! We've got your chin's back, so to speak.
Try this exercise to tone up and define jaw, neck and throat muscles.
The chin up
Stand or sit up straight.
Tilt your head back until you are looking toward the ceiling.
Pucker up your lips tightly as if you are blowing a kiss to the roof.
Try and engage only your lips, hold and count to five then release and return your head to normal. Repeat 10 times.
Keep your chin up Kim (tee hee. Sorry).
