A report by the NHS into the best diet plan shows that Weight Watchers is the most effective.
According to research, slimmers who chose the Pro Points plan by Weight Watchers, where food and drink are assigned a numerical points value, are more likely to lose a significant amount of weight.
88% of patients who were referred to plans such as Slimming World and Rosemary Conley lost more than 11lbs, but the most successful dieters were signed up to Weight Watchers.
The report published in the Journal of Public Health looked at over 1,400 dieters in North Somerset in a scheme organised by local doctors.
Dieters on Weight Watchers were 54% more likely to shift 11lbs and 81% more likely to shed 5% of their total body weight.
The scheme now includes mobile phone apps, regular meetings and a huge array of endorsed foods so you can stay on track.
