Jennifer Aniston is apparently 'amazing' at pole dancing (like you ever doubted it!) according to her co-star Emma Roberts.

The pair appear in new film We're The Millers, and the young actress has been saying how she was blown away by Jen's ability to throw herself around a pole.

'She's really good. I saw bits and pieces of it and she is amazing. It was unreal! She looks really hot!' Emma told Eonline.com.

Aniston plays a stripper in the film, which she stars in alongside Jason Sudeikis.

Known for being a gym junkie, bride-to-be Jen does yoga four times a week alongside spinning, and resistance training – so it's no surprise that she has the upper body strength needed to swing it round a pole.

A huge fitness (and hen-doo classic) craze a few years ago, pole dancing can burn as much as 250 calories an hour – the same as a good gym session.

As you have to support our entire weight on your arms or with your thighs – it is a great way to build upper body strength, tone your muscles and strengthen your core.

Regular classes will increase muscle definition in your bottom, arms, legs and stomach.
