Millie Mackintosh has revealed pictures on Twitter of a new diet plan she is following.
The reality star is on a specially devised meal plan from Madeleine Shaw, who combines nutrition, fitness and lifestyle tips to create the 'healthiest you'.
The diet will be based on Madeleine's belief in cooking with whole foods and making meals which are organic and free from sugar, gluten and wheat.
Professor Green's girlfriend has been giving a sneak peek through posting pictures of her meals on Twitter.
For day one she had a healthy omelette made with coconut oil, and on day two she started with quinoa porridge.
This morning Millie had another healthy omelette for breakfast with spinach and tomatoes.
