Miranda Kerr gives Victoria's Secret tips for exercise on the go

Miranda Kerr has been sharing more exercise tips for when you can't make it to the gym. Yes, even sitting down, she's still working out.

Miranda Kerr appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon this week and as well as giving us glimpse of what she might be like, drunk at a house party, she also passed on some tips for keeping toned at work.

Referring to times when you're stuck sat down, like at a desk or on a long haul flight, Miranda told Jimmy about the core and bum exercises you can do to keep trim.

Victoria's Secret models don't look like that but sitting back and becoming one with their chair.

The supermodel explained that you can tense your stomach muscles or butt muscles at anytime and of course did a demo.

She also couldn't help but gush over her mini model and son Flynn as well as give the low down on her organic skincare range, Kora.
