Ellie Goulding loves to get those toned abs and killer pins out, but they haven't got that firm without some effort.

The blonde singer isn't afraid to work up a sweat and she's let people in on one of her secrets - gymnastics.

She posted a video to her Instagram from a recent trip to the mats.

Intimidation and fear tend to be the biggest barrier for people trying out new types of exercise but Ellie's flying the flag for giving it a go, even if you don't know what you're doing.

She captioned the clip, "Always have so much fun at gymnastics... everyone from beginners to professional athletes and good vibes all round."
