Made In Chelsea's Binky Felstead has revealed the secret to her weight loss and super trim body. Time to steal her diet and workout.

Since series one of Made In Chelsea we've seen Binky Felstead hone and tone her figure and so we were wondering just what diet and workout tips she swears by.

Diet


Binky tries to eat "no carbs after 5pm or even at all" if you can manage it.

"Lots of chilli, lemon and green tea to speed up the metabolism."

But, don't worry even Binky has her naughty moments.

Her guilty secret food? "Chicken Jalfrazi!" She told us without hesitation.

Detox


Like so many of us, Binks likes to give her body a detox sometimes.

Recently she ditched the caffeine for 10 days because, "it's good to get a detox and give your body a break".

"You can get your energy from other things; energy after a workout, healthy eating and green tea."



Workout


Binky makes sure she does some exercise every day, even if it's not super intensive. Speaking to us, she told us she'd gone for an hour and a half walk with her dog that morning.

When working a bit harder she loves "work out classes like tabata, especially if their outside."

We all saw the initial impact of the "boot-camp style workouts" she started a year ago.

She's especially keen on anything that works the core.

"Lots of sit ups!"
