Workout and exercise headaches
A slight headache
Not so normal:
As you work out, your heart has to beat faster which causes a massive spike in blood pressure. If you hold your breath, the pressure in your brain can cause a headache and even bring on a migraine. Passing out, or pushing yourself so hard that you feel like passing out, isn't a good sign.
