You feel pain in your muscles during exercise
It's easy to forget to breathe properly when you're focussing on a particular exercise. Hold your breath for too long, especially when lifting weights, and you may start to notice those characteristic white spots in your vision. Stay calm, take some deep breaths and sit or lie down for a few minutes until your system has recovered. Learn to know your body and be aware of any sudden changes in pain levels.
