The former Made in Chelsea star posted some Instagram snaps of her breakfast mackerel kedgeree from James Duigan's Clean and Lean Diet book.
Of course most of us don't have time to make such an elaborate breakfast midweek (hands up for banana at their desk) but when we have ample leisure time at the weekends, we're sure it would be a great start to the day.
