Khloe Kardashian's been working really hard lately since her recent split from hubby Lamar Odom and she's looking seriously hot for all the graft.

The star instagrammed a vid of her latest workout with Gunnar Peterson using her exercise prop of choice, the resistance band.

Celebs like Karlie Kloss, Miranda Kerr and Jessica Biel have all dabbled in resistance band training which makes us want to try it out immediately.
