While we add another box of mince pies to our shopping trolley, an unsettling thought lurks at the back of our minds. How are we going to lose all this cuddly, 'just-laying-down-some-natural-insulation,' winter weight come January?

It's only natural we think about that hot celeb we've seen oh so many times in their bikini. So what if their diet was totally nuts? It could work for us…

Celeb diets – especially the ones where they lose weight super-fast - are not the best ones to emulate.

Sian Porter, consultant dietician and Spokesperson for the The British Dietetic Association (BDA), says, "Some people will believe almost anything and anyone when it comes to nutrition, food and diet, but the bottom line is, if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is."
