Supermodel and businesswoman Tyra Banks is sick of 'fat talk' online, so she's fighting back with some kick ass Instagram posts...

Tyra Banks has teamed up with Special K to #FightFatTalk on social media and set a positive example for body conscious women.

Take a look at what we've learnt about #fierce body confidence on Tyra's epic Instagram feed...

Blocking people on Instagram can be liberating

If someone is bothering you, just block them. Tyra admitted to the Telegraph, "I just block them. I'll follow [the photo] up with another one like, look at this juicy body."

Never let negative comments stop you from sharing on Instagram

Tyra uses #BigBooty, #Fierce and #FightFatTalk whenever someone attacks her online. She's like an impenetrable wall of confidence.

Don't write negative comments about yourself on a photo upload

Tyra told the Telegraph, "A lot of girls will post a picture and say something negative themselves. That's like digital fat talk. That's reaching way more people. Some of it is a need for compliments and sometimes you just want to express yourself about how bad you feel."

Don't untag yourself from pictures on Facebook and Instagram

According to a Special K study, a quarter of women untag themselves in online photos out of fear of backlash from trolls. We agree with Tyra on this one...

You don't have to be the 'best bum on Instagram' to feel beautiful

There are loads of accounts out there, like Jen Selter's 'Best Bum' and countless models/actresses to obsess over. But Tyra doesn't agree with stripping off to get noticed. Sounds good to us.
