Birthday girl Lauren Conrad showed off her washboard stomach at her Western-themed birthday party this weekend.
Wearing Daisy Duke denim hot pants and a tied plaid shirt, the former Hills girl celebrated turning 27 with a hoe-down.
But just how does she get those abs?
The reality star turned designer advocates doing cardio six days a week (whether it be running for 45 minutes or an hour of yoga or kickboxing) along with toning exercises every day, including 50 of these bicycle crunches in the morning…and then 50 more in the evening!
Wow Lauren Conrad, you are hard-core.
Her personal trainer Jarett del Bene explained how to do the modified crunch on Lauren's website, saying, 'Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your feet extended off the ground. In one continuous motion bring your right elbow to your left knee and then your left elbow to your right knee. Repeat till failure.'
