The Friends actress can not resist Mexican food, especially this healthy alternative recipe she makes herself.

Queen of healthy living Jennifer Aniston has a weakness for Mexican food, especially nachos.

However of course she's not eating the swimming in grease, cheese and sour cream variety like our good selves. Jen makes her own nachos using a quick and healthy substitute.

Speaking to Self magazine, the actress confessed she fries the nacho chips herself by taking a tortilla, cutting it into triangles and frying them in superfood coconut oil.

Jen confesses they are so good, she'd have no issues eating them off the floor. No shame in that.

The actress also revealed on a Sunday morning she can be found eating eggs and a bagel with the Sunday paper.

"How I take my eggs depends on my mood. But I always throw a yolk in there - the yolk's got a bad rap," explained Jen.
