When it comes to burning fat and losing weight, it's time to bend those knees and get squatting.
We got to chat with Jessica Alba's personal trainer Ramona Braganza and she told us that without a doubt, if you chose just one exercise, it should be squats.
She explained, "We're sitting all day, we stand up - that's a squat. You probably squat thirty, forty times a day you don't know.
What it is, is doing that in a row - thirty times in a row - then you're going to start feeling it in your glutes and your legs and thats the bigger muscle groups so that burns more calories."
Burn more calories...we're listening.
She added, "You want to target your legs as much as you can, your legs are the ones that burn the weight."
You need to realise the power of your lower body.
