Would changing your appearance make you think twice about your relationship? According to a new study, 19 per cent of women would end their romantic relationship if they underwent cosmetic surgery giving them their ‘dream body’.
The study, by cosmetic surgery website thegoodsurgeonguide.com, revealed that one in five of the 1,261 women polled would leave their partner if they had cosmetic surgery that transformed their appearance to their ‘dream body’. A whopping 62 per cent of these women claim they ‘wouldn’t feel guilty’ for ending the relationship.
With a growing trend in women undergoing cosmetic treatments to improve their appearance and confidence, the UK’s leading cosmetic surgery review website asked 1,261 women across the UK if they would stay with their spouse if they underwent cosmetic surgery to achieve their dream body and appearance. 14 per cent of those who would leave their partners had been in their current relationship for ten years or mor.
