Lindsay Lohan must serve 90 days in prison for violating the terms of her probation, the BBC reports. In August 2007 Lindsay pleading guilty to misdemeanour drug charges and no contest to three driving charges and was given three years of probation. However, Los Angeles judge Marsha Revel has said Lindsay has failed to attend her court-ordered alcohol education classes she must surrender on 20 July and instructed to enter an in-patient rehabilitation programme after her release from prison.
