The audition rounds are over and last night, X Factor Boot Camp finally hit TV screens across the nation. Over the past six weeks, we have sat through the good (Danyl Johnston), the bad (The Stunners) and the downright bizarre (Fouad Djaoublia's version of Maria Carey's Vision of Love, anyone?), and now we're down to our favourite part of the competition - who will be making it through to the hallowed live rounds, and who will be going home after having their dreams cruelly crushed by Simon et al.
Take a look at some of the auditionees who competed in boot camp here:
Single mum Stacey Solomon (Episode 1)
Twins John and Edward (Episode 1)
Simon's 'best first audition ever', Danyl Johnston (Episode 1)
Welsh songstress Lucie Jones (Episode 3)
Octogenarian William Hooper (Episode 4)
Prison teacher (and Heat lover) Fay Bray (Episode 5)
Ex Pop Stars: The Rivals winner Daniel Pearce (Episode 6)
