MP Caroline Flint says the glass ceiling still exists for women. Do you agree?

MP Caroline Flint resigned from Gordon Brown's government on Friday claiming she had been treated as little more than "female window dressing."

Former Europe minister Flint is also reported to have launched into a foul-mouthed tirade against the Prime Minister as she quit.

Meanwhile, women have dominated this year's Apprentice, with four making the final five.

Kate Walsh, who made it to the final two of the BBC show before losing to Yasmina Siadatan in Sunday night's final, said that the glass ceiling no longer exists for women in the work place.

What do you think?

Does the glass ceiling still exist for women or has Caroline Flint just had an unlucky encounter?
