The Britain's Got Talent star was in New York to appear on The Today Show, but moments after her triumphant appearance, she was pictured sucking her thumb and appearing to break down in tears whilst at a fan meet-and-greet at the Rockerfeller Centre.
Boyle was famously admitted to the Priory clinic after suffering an emotional breakdown after she lost out to the dance group Diversity in the final of Britain's Got Talent. With her album rapidly becoming a best-seller on both sides of the Atlantic, is Susan Boyle too vulnerable for fame?
