Does Kate Moss really believe that 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels'?

Controversial Kate Moss has done it again - this time she's hit the headlines by telling a news website that 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels'.

Kate Moss has angered eating disorder support groups, who say that as a role model to millions of girls and young women, this could lead to more instances of eating disorders. Moss was asked in the interview if she had any mottoes, to which she replied: "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels’. That’s one of them.” She added: “You try and remember, but it never works."

Katie Green, a former Ultimo model, who helped to launch the Say No To Size Zero campaign, told The Sun: “There are 1.1 million eating disorders in the UK alone. Kate Moss’s comments are likely to cause many more."

The slogan is widely adopted across pro-anorexia websites.

What do you think? Was this just a throwaway comment that's been taken out of context, or did she really mean it?
