Stop stressing and start indulging with this oh-so-simple dessert recipe. Because this tasty treat uses yoghurt instead of ice cream (and no squirty cream) you're saving a whole lotta' calories, which means it's actually less of a treat and more of a tea time essential!
Knickerbocker Glory
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 pot of Greek Gods Honey & Vanilla yogurt
8 strawberries, quartered
8 cherries, de-stoned and quartered
8 grapes, halved
1 nectarine, cubed
To finish:
4 squares of Turkish Delight, cubed,
4 wafer rolls
1 cherry with the stalk left on
Method:
You know the drill! Mix all of the chopped fruit together and place a spoonful of the mixture in the bottom of a tall dessert glass, adding a layer of yoghurt on top.
Continue layering until you reach the top of the glass, making sure to finish with a layer of yoghurt.
Decorate the dessert with the wafer rolls, Turkish Delight cubes and a cherry on top.
Now wolf it down before someone else steals it!
