According to a survey by supermarket chain, Morrisons, 45% of us will chow down on not one, not two, but three Christmas lunches over the course of December.
That's three portions of turkey, three helpings of veggies and (probably) more than three helpings of Christmas pudding with ice-cream.
We know it's tempting to ditch the healthy lifestyle over Christmas (too much booze, late nights and parties are guaranteed to mess with your system) but come on ladies! Let's stick to one big blow out on Christmas day and spend the rest of the festive season eating in moderation.
We know it's reeeaaallllyyy hard to resist that open tub of Quality Street, but think how much better you'll feel come January.
Morrisons also discovered that 39% of Brits with celebrate Christmas day, errrmm, before Christmas day, while 52% will continue to celebrate the festive season well into January.
Well duh, you don't stop celebrating until the Christmas tress is taken down. That's THE RULE!
