Masters of Style: Celebrating the stories behind Italian fashion
The Italians have always been one of the key-players in global fashion, with their innate sense of sensuality and womanliness. To celebrate 150 years of Italian unification, Peroni Nastro Azzurro have teamed up with legendary fashion commentator Colin McDowell to showcase a photographic exhibition of Italian fashion and all it has to offer- Masters of Style - Celebrating the stories behind Italian Fashion.
In collaboration with the six most important Italian fashion houses – Dolce and Gabbana, Armani, Prada, Missoni, Gucci and Ferragamo – Somerset House is playing host to an unrivalled collection of images documenting the stories behind each brand.
Expect to see snapshots of designer influences, archive images of past collections, as well as behind-the-scenes glimpses into life at an Italian fashion house.
We’re particularly excited about seeing retro pics of Miuccia Prada at work, as well as gorgeous sun-soaked ad campaigns proliferated with sexy Latinos. Bella!
