Topshop's autumn/winter 2011 collection might just be our favourite yet. Each season were impressed by the catwalk-to-high street translations offered by Sir Phillip Greens retail Mecca, and this season is no different, if these promotional shots, styled by ex Vogue fashion director Kate Phelan, are anything to go by.
Theyve covered all the big autumn/winter 2011 trends. Textures are apparent with their use of faux fur, lace and velvet. The fetish trend, as championed by Louis Vuitton, can be seen in chain and leather detail. Animal and floral prints have been blown-up and acid-hued, giving clothes a distinctly gothic edge, and maxi lengths have been given slit details to ensure a cheeky flash of flesh.
Top of our autumn wish list are a red pansy printed pleated midi-skirt, an oversized black faux fur bag, leopard print and black platform heels and a diamante studded long-sleeved mini-dress. Think decadent, gothic, glamour.
