Atalanta Weller
A unique talent, Atalanta Weller emerged from the prestigious halls of Cordwainers College. After completing her studies, Weller spent time honing her craft at John Richmond, Clarks and Hugo Boss, before decided to launch her own footwear label kicking off with a statement collection for spring/summer 2010, closely followed by collaborations with British fashion designers Gareth Pugh, Henry Holland and design duo Sinha-Stanic. Inspired by figures such as Ziggy Stardust, legendary silent actress Louise Brooks and CGI superheroes, Atalanta’s shoes are bold and individual – yet her focus on comfort and femininity ensure that even the most sculptural pieces are a luxurious treat for the feet.
