We love a good celebrity/high street collaboration here at Handbag, so you can imagine how excited we get about Pearl Lowe’s collections for Peacocks. Mummy Lowe is famed for bringing the vintage look back to the masses, with her penchant for ‘40s inspired dresses in her days as a groupie and It girl. Each season her collections for Peacocks encapsulate this rock ‘n’ roll, retro vibe – Pearl’s signature, if you will.
This autumn/winter, expect more gorgeously printed vintage-look dresses from her 6-piece collection. For this collection she was inspired by not only the ‘40s, but also her rock star icons of the ‘70s - Janis Joplin, Joni Mitchell and Stevie Nicks. The end results include jewel-coloured jersey dresses, and high neck, button-up printed dresses. With daughter Daisy on hand to model the pieces, you’ll be impressed with what Pearl’s come up with this season.
Available in select Peacocks stores for £35-£45, in sizes 8-16, the collection launches on 8th September.
