The best bags have personality. Saddle bags, for me anyway, have a definite nostalgia attached to them. Whether you were/still are a horse rider is insignificant (no one wears them down the stables anyway), a saddle bag is all about the places it's seen and the places it's going to go; the more aged the bag the better.
This midnight blue saddle purse comes from a British website called lilywigglesworth.com which specialises in clutch bags. Obviously they had to make an exception to the clutch rule for such a prize pony as this. The long strap on this mid-sized day bag means it looks great thrown across the body, while the gold buckles and soft leather are just dying to be worn in and given that lived in look.
