Rolls clutch, £665 by Marc Jacobs from Net-a-porter
Vroom... vroom! This is the sort of accessory that actually gives my heart a jump start. Like any dream car it is fun, totally OTT and lavishly expensive. I want it! The Rolls clutch by Marc Jacobs will definitely make a statement, but the muted tones mean you won't look like you're trying to be flashy.
The Marc Jacobs autumn/winter 2008 range was classic and masculine with stiff wool overcoats and tailored pants in sedate, soft pastels. The androgynous vibe gave a nod to Katherine Hepburn, while the whole collection felt as though it was drawing influence from a bygone era. With this bag any outfit will be lent a little retro glamour, and an added bonus, you'll be able to say ‘I own the Rolls Royce of handbags'!
