Last time Anna Wintour came to London Fashion Week she was merely the world's most feared and respected editrix. Skip forward a couple of years (and one major documentary film) and she's a bonafide A-list star with as much paparazzi pulling power and as many outfit changes as Lady Gaga. So, what to wear when the world's eyes are upon you? Answer? Keep it simple.
Anna has found a fashion formula that works for her and rarely strays from her personal style rules. Anyone who's seen The September Issue will know she's not a fan of black (to YSL designer Stefano Pilati: "I'm not seeing any colour Stefano, where is the colour?!") and loves a busy floral print. The accessories are always chic and understated (no this season's bag/statement shoe' for Anna) and the best you can hope for is some extravagant but classy jewellery (a brooch or necklace, never rings or earrings).
Oh and of course, the sunglasses. Never leave home without them. Luckily for us, Anna bought her own.
Anna wears:
Floral print dress, £65 from Warehouse
Gem embellished necklace, £480 by Oscar de la Renta from Net-a-porter
Diamante kitten heels, £44.99 from Clarks
Printed lizard suede bag, £980 by Yves Saint Laurent from Harvey Nichols
