SATC: redux
The cast of Sex And The City turn up in support of Cynthia Nixon at a New York event.
The cast of Sex And The City enjoyed a little pre-film release publicity last night at an event for the Point Foundation in New York. Sarah Jessica Parker (in a stone coloured satin dress by YSL), Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davies, who all looked the ne plus ultra of polished chic, draped arms around each other and giggled for the cameras as they posed on the red carpet. The Point Foundation, which provides support for students marginalised for reasons of sexual orientation, was honouring Nixon with the Point Courage Award for being "a shining example of courage and hope to many", according to a statement, and "for her position in the LGBT community and her pursuit of quality education for today's youth".
