theOutnet.com to launch in April

With the frosty weather outside right now, online shopping has never been more tempting - and it's good news for all designer fashion fans as it just got cheaper, too. Natalie Massenet, the queen of internet shopping and the brains behind luxury fashion e-tailer net-a-porter, is launching a new online store, Theoutnet.com, which is due to go live in April. Details about the site are being kept under wraps until the launch but it's believed that it will stock many of the same designer labels as net-a-porter, plus new ones, but at a fraction of the price, making it a heaven for credit crunch shoppers. A company spokesperson said: "The official online launch is 2 April. But until then we really can't reveal anymore details. All we can say is that no designer brands have been confirmed to be stocked on the site at this moment and this is a completely separate entity to net-a-porter." Eager shoppers can sign up and become a member of Theoutnet.com now and receive an email alert once the site goes live to start bagging some bargains.
