Kylie Minogue, who fought breast cancer in 2005 and has since had the all-clear, said, "It means so much to me to be part of this year's campaign for Fashion Targets Breast Cancer. I wholeheartedly support their efforts to raise funds for the vital work undertaken by Breakthrough Breast Cancer."
As well as the eye-catching portrait photographs this year's campaign, which aims to raise over £1m for the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity, will also see a range of fashion goodies being sold through a variety of high street shops and online stores, including Topshop, Warehouse, Whistles, River Island, Marks & Spencer and my-wardrobe.com, with a third of the proceeds going to charity. The fashion brands have each chosen items, such as cocktail dresses, snug cardigans and accessories, to be sold especially for the cause available from today.
Fashion Targets Breast Cancer has raised over £10.5m in the UK since its inception in 1996 for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. The charity was set up by American designer Ralph Lauren following the loss of his friend, Washington Post fashion editor Nina Hyde, to the disease.
