Sorry girls, it's finally happened. After dating for four years and announcing their engagement just a month ago, British heartthrob Orlando Bloom has married Australian model Miranda Kerr in a secret ceremony.
Bloom, famous for his acting roles in the hugely successful Lord Of The Rings and Pirates Of The Caribbean film trilogies, reportedly wed the stunning Victoria's Secret model in a small ceremony in Los Angeles.
The nuptials were revealed when a spokesperson for Kerr said that the 27-year-old was on honeymoon with Bloom. The model, whose career has soared recently following several edgier editorial and catwalk appearances, was set to travel to Australia next week for a launch at a David Jones department store, but instead she will be holidaying as a newlywed in a secret location.
Kerr said in a statement: "I am enormously grateful to David Jones to have been given this time to enjoy such a special moment of my life. I look forward to coming back to Australia in the near future to celebrate with family and friends. David Jones very graciously released me during this period so we could celebrate an intimate ceremony and honeymoon together."
The couple met in 2006 backstage at a Victoria's Secret fashion show in New York and the speed of the wedding after the engagement announcement has fuelled rumours that the model is pregnant, although this hasn't been confirmed.
Apart from the wedding location, no further details have been announced and no pictures have been released. So, we'll just have to guess what the bride wore.
