After we spotted gorgeous model Lara Stone showing off her incredible body in the latest issue of French Playboy it triggered a serious case of body envy. Not to mention a bit of a stir within the fashion industry that she would pose for such a title.
However, it seems that Stone never actually posed for French Playboy at all. The eight pictures used in the June edition of the magazine were in fact taken last year and the Dutch model, who recently tied the knot with British comedian David Walliams, is now suing Playboy.
Stone announced that the use of the images, some of which are topless and full-frontal shots, was "unauthorised" and she is now taking legal action against the French edition of the iconic magazine, as well as photographer Greg Lotus.
She said in a statement: "It's not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in. Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorised photographs. I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation."
Playboy were not immediately available for comment.
