TV presenter Jenni Falconer dazzled the crowds on the red carpet at last night's BAFTA Television Awards looking polished to perfection. But instead of the usual pre-awards show grooming session, the former GMTV host was running a gruelling 26.2 miles in yesterday's London Marathon - and crossed the line in a not-bad-at-all 3 hours 53 minutes.
Instead of giving her feet a well deserved rest, the 33-year-old Scot attended the glitzy TV bash at London's Royal Festival Hall, swapping her jogging gear for a stunning teal Alberta Ferretti dress.
Writing about her jam-packed day on her Twitter page, she said: "I did it!! Woo hoo! It almost killed me but I made it under four hours and am very happy. Now in a taxi heading to the BAFTAs."
Respect girl!
